What is Scoutreach?
The Scoutreach Division of the BSA National Council gives leadership and emphasis to urban and rural Scouting programs. Scoutreach is the BSA’s commitment to making sure that all young people have the opportunity to join Scouting, regardless of their circumstances, neighborhood, or ethnic background.The Scoutreach Division of the BSA National Council gives leadership and emphasis to urban and rural Scouting programs. What is the goal of Scoutreach?
The goal for Scoutreach is to communicate that scouting is an educational program that teaches leadership skills, survival skills, ethical values and character, caring skills, citizenship, responsibility and service to others.

What can the Scouthreach program do for your unit?
Scoutreach can assist with preparing training, youth registration fees, purchasing unit supplies and uniforms, camperships, and transportation for field trips.
